We’re very proud to have developed and delivered the SCADA system to Sweden’s National Arena, one of the world’s most modern multi-arenas! The system monitors and controls all HVAC, electrical- and emergency power systems as well as lighting in the arena, with a total of about 66 000 signals.

For this project Trebor has developed a very advanced event manager, which has been used by the operating technicians at all National Arena events from day-one. The event manager controls the entire arena, based on a predetermined schedule, which gives the operating technicians confidence that the arena will self-manage throughout the event.

The SCADA system also deploys Trebor Dynamics and Trebor Vector Graphics, where the latter is a powerful tool for visualizing, for example, the lighting system in a simple and intuitive way. This gives a quick overview of what is on and what is off, which is crucial during many events.

During construction, we installed the system very early on, allowing us to involve the property owners and operating technicians in the system’s development, which is completely in line with Trebor’s philosophy of focus on the end user.

Today, Trebor has an ongoing maintenance support agreement with Arenabolaget and performs integration in SCADA for reconstruction and modifications. We provide support for the SCADA system, and work proactively with software version updates. We also act as IT support for SCADA and the related applications. The agreement also includes system support for events, but this has never been utilized since the operating technicians have not had the need and have always managed the events independently, with the support of the built-in event manager.

Ports of Stockholm

sthlm harbor
Trebor Dynamics Box Trebor VG Box TMS Box

Trebor Group AB delivered, configured and integrated a traffic management system (SPCS) where the port's daily operations are managed. At present, about 30 clients are used for the plant. SPCS handles sign control, booms, automatic car entry, booking data etc. SPCS automatically allocates files according to the booking. This creates a simple and efficient flow through the wharf where vehicles are routed in an optimal way.

Through computer tablets, users can control the port by changing information signs and traffic signals to route vehicles to board the designated ships. SPCS communicates with the terminal system supplied by Hogia.

This system provides oversight and management of the trailer staging area allowing real-time monitoring of the situation on the ground and detecting problems as they arise. Truck drivers can easily see where their trailers are located with electronic signs specifically guiding them upon entering the trailer area. ANPR records the truck when it leaves the harbor. Should the wrong trailer be taken, a text message is sent to the driver, and alarms in the dispatch office are triggered.

In SPCS, Trebor Dynamics is used to view status and manage objects. In SPCS, Trebor Vector Graphics is used to simplify the harbor operations staff’s overview of all connected systems.
Swarco are authorized resellers of the SPCS software.

Trebor was initially contacted by Region Östergötland for assistance with their unstable Citect SCADA systems. A number of measures were implemented that improved the stability and usability of the system. When Region Östergötland then completed a framework contract procurement for system integration and system maintenance, Trebor participated and won.

Bostads AB Mimer

RecidenceVasteras
Trebor Dynamics Box Trebor Historian Box

Trebor Group AB was contacted by Bostads AB Mimer after their technical managers conducted a study-visit to LOCUM, a large Swedish builder and building management company. There they discovered a greater potential of their existing Citect SCADA system.
A feasibility study was conducted on how the malfunctioning system could be optimized and standardized, an action plan was established and a major renovation of the whole system was initiated.

The optimization included, among other things: Upgrading of the existing Citect version (7.20) to the, at that time, latest version (7.50) in a completely new server environment, with a simultaneous version upgrade of the surrounding software. All graphics and databases in the system were upgraded and standardized. Major stability improvements were achieved in communication with the different facility sections.

RecidenceVasteras Mimer

Trebor Dynamics is now deployed in SCADA allowing the user to easily and intuitively access settings, alarm info etc., all in one and the same dialog window, instead of having separate windows for settings, alarms, measurements, etc. as was the case before. Dynamics also ensures the streamlining and standardizing of ongoing integration into SCADA.

Today, Trebor manages all continuous integration of improvements and new developments in SCADA, as well as acts as technical support regarding SCADA and facility-related IT. The system has grown from about 28 000 signals in 2016, to about 60 000 signals in 2020.
Furthermore, Trebor has continued to release upgraded versions of Citect SCADA and the surrounding software.

Trebor Group AB has delivered an especially fully-featured SCADA system to Skandia Fastigheter’s flagship building Sveavägen 44. All conceivable facility management technology has been integrated, and the property is considered to be one of the most digitalized in Stockholm!
Trebor has also supplied all active IT equipment for the property, developed IP addressing plans, and configured all VLANs and external connections.

Trebor Dynamics is deployed within SCADA to ensure the requirement for naming standards is met, and to streamline and standardize ongoing integration into SCADA.
Additionally, Trebor Vector Graphics is used to provide the operating staff with an instant overview and full traceability of all connected systems. With Vector Graphics, systems such as fire alarm, elevator, passage, CCTV, room control via KNX and the more conventional systems of HVAC and electrical power are monitored and operated, all on vectorized floor plans where the smallest object is geographically searchable.

We provide support for the SCADA system, and work proactively with software version updates. We also act as IT support for SCADA and related applications.

The extensive new construction on Sveavägen 44 had high targets from an environmental perspective, including that energy use, compared to the office building that used to be there, would be reduced by over 70 percent, to 35 kWh/m2. This translates to a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of about 1 000 tonnes/year. Such a decrease corresponds to 900 daily two-mile trips by car, i.e. 900 people commuting to and from work. Daily.
